OUTSTANDING PROVINCE AWARD. Gov. Bong Lacson receives a Plaque of Recognition from the Dept. of Agriculture Region VI for bagging the Outstanding Province Award in the 2019 Search for Regional Organic Agriculture Achievers Award.
Other awardees from Negros Occidental are Corazon Galon, Outstanding Provincial Organic Focal Person; Elpedio Dayuday of San Carlos City, Outstanding Agricultural Extension Worker; Victorias City, Outstanding LGU; and Jesus Antonio Orbida of Binalbagan, Outstanding Small Farmer.
