Negros Occ. Gov. Bong Lacson had a meeting with Davidson Simango, CEO and co-founder of Zotus Group and Ruhena Begum, Director for Corporate Social Responsibility, at the Governor’s Office, yesterday (Nov. 22).

Through it, the Provincial Investment Board was constituted to regulate and promote investments in the province.
