ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for incentives, an enterprise must:
- Be registered with the SEC, DTI, or CDA.
- Invest a minimum capital amount (varying by enterprise size: Micro, Small, Medium, or Large).
- Have a business activity listed under the Priority Investment Areas.
- Comply with environmental laws and the provincial ban on Genetically Modified (GMO) plants/animals.
