Gov. Bong Lacson and TLDC Head Liberty Alarcon signed the said MOA with CHMSU President Dr. Norberto Mangulabnan and CHMSU Director for International and External Relations Rhoderick Samonte at the Provincial Capitol, today (April 29).

As stated in the agreement, the TLDC, in collaboration with the university, will implement and facilitate programs that equip millennial entrepreneurs with essential financial and asset management skills for sustainable business practices. It will also conduct training and advocacy initiatives aimed at enhancing consumer protection, promoting industry standards, and developing practical skills for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and their entrepreneurs.

The Provincial Technology and Livelihood Development Center (TLDC) serves as a hub for technology transfer, livelihood opportunities, and entrepreneurial empowerment, aiming to improve the lives of producers, MSMEs, and skilled Negrenses.*
